Payments can be made by cash or credit. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total expected cost of services is required in order to reserve your wedding date and time.
Travel
All services, unless otherwise noted, will take place in-studio. A mileage fee will be charged for on location makeup services. Travel fee for first five (5) miles in or outside MCAS Iwakuni is $15. Each additional twenty (20) miles $20. Parking fee/tolls must be paid by client.
Liability
All tools, brushes and makeup products are kept sanitary and are cleaned between every application. Catrina takes every necessary precaution prior to and during the commission of your service. Catrina respects your privacy and requests full disclosure of any allergies, medications or conditions that may require her to modify the service as this would be to your benefit and medical wellness. If need be, a sample test may be performed on the skin to test reaction.
Children In Studio
Clients must make child care arrangements prior to visiting as children are not permitted in studio. The only exception is if the child themselves is the client. Clients who arrive with children will be required to reschedule as there are no exceptions to this policy.

Please silence your cell phone upon your arrival. Phone conversations and sounds during service are not permitted as they affect not only affect productivity, but do not allow for a calming and relaxing environment.
Product Returns
Catrina must be advised of dissatisfaction of a purchased product(s) within 21 days of original purchase. Only exchanges for another product or in-house credit are allowed. Returned products must be 60% full. Customers are responsible for postage of returned products.
Cancellation
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your reserved date or you will be charged a 20% cancellation fee. No shows are responsible for 100% of the amount of services booked.

Failure to arrive on time for your service will result in its alteration and will lessen its effectiveness. Arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in cancellation of your appointment and the application of a cancellation fee up to 100% of the service price. Always arrive 10 minutes before your appointment begins.
